Arts United Center Facility Rental
Facility Rental Agreement Policy - a contract is signed and 50% down deposit is due at the time of signing

Security - the Arts United Center provides a security guard during events; fee is included in the rental

DJ policy and agreement - any DJ may be used; agreement is signed with DJ

Catering policy and agreement - any caterer may be used; an agreement is signed with the caterer

Parking - parking is $3 per vehicle or $6 per bus

Seating - the Arts United Center is an intimate venue with a capacity for 663 arts patrons.

The auditorium features 20 rows (rows A-U). Row A is nearest to the stage and row C is eye level with the stage. The average number of seats per row is 30. Seat one is located on the right side of the auditorium as you face the stage (house right). Seating is positioned straight out from the stage; it does not wrap around either side of the stage. The auditorium does not have a balcony.

Handicap seating is available on either end of row B. Please indicate handicap seating requirements at time of ticket purchase.

Accessibility - the Arts United Center is a handicap accessible building including parking, seating and restrooms. The theatre is also equipped with an elevator located just behind the box office. The theatre does have limited seating availability in the lobby area for patrons to rest prior to doors opening for the auditorium.
