Applying for a CAP Grant

The first step is to contact our Community Outreach Manager to talk about writing a Concept Paper. After submission of this Concept Paper, your organization may be invited to submit a full application.

There are two application deadlines for the full application: March 1 and October 1. A committee will review applications, and recommendations will be made to the Board of Directors for approval. Grant awards will be announced in writing approximately 60 days after the deadline. If the review committee decides that the application does not meet CAP Grant Program Guidelines, applicants may be asked to resubmit an application, incorporating recommended changes.
