Auer Center for Arts & Culture
300 E. Main Street
Fort Wayne, IN 46802
While not the original purpose for this building, the versatility of the space makes it seem like it was made for the arts. Its contemporary design features spacious suites, high ceilings and abundant natural light — the perfect place to spark creativity.
We’ve remodeled the interior to enhance these features to meet the unique needs of its tenants. And the footprint on the property allows ample space for future construction or expansion. The location, on Main street between Lafayette and Berry, is ideal for maximum visibility of the arts as thousands of vehicles and pedestrians pass by every day.
Throughout the year, the Auer Center will be abuzz with activity. As the new home for Fort Wayne Ballet, hundreds of families will pass through its doors every week coming to rehearsals and lessons. Artlink’s galleries will draw a constant stream of art lovers during gallery events and retail hours. And other tenants, such as Fort Wayne Trails, bring additional connectivity. A coffee shop in the lobby will provide the perfect place for happenstance meetings between like-minded arts and cultural groups.
We’re excited to welcome the potential opportunities and collaborations that will be sparked at the Auer Center. As downtown continues to expand its cultural core, the Auer Center for Arts & Culture will anchor artistic and civic growth that will ripple through the Northeast Indiana region.
The Auer Center is owned and operated by Arts United.
